General Questions & Answers:
1. We are considering to buy
Diamond Tools from your company, how can I know the quality?
Try to
buy a small quantity and do the test, you will know clearly.
Now lots of
people in the world like to use Chinese products though the
quality is not the best while the price is very competitive. JDK
is one professional manufacturer in stone cutting field for over
12 years. JDK would like to inform in your country who is using
JDK's products and what the using result is! If not available we
think a small amount trial order for testing is necessary.
2. I don't see any prices on your
web site. why?
A lot of products with
different specification & different requirements concerned, no
necessary and not possible to put full products price list on
the website.
We always send
the price according to our customers' detailed enquiry!
3. Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?
JDK never offer free samples, this is high value products so
very very less diamond tools company would like to offer free
samples, if you want to try the products please buy.
According
to JDK's experiences JDK think when people get the samples by
paying they will cherish what they get. Although the quantity
& amount of sample is small its cost is higher than
normal production.
4. Do you have office or
representative or agent in our country?
JDK doesn't have agent in any
country at present.
5. What is the minimum quantity we
should buy?
Any amount order is available.
For sample
purpose JDK don't mind how much you buy.
For regular
order the weight should reach 45kgs(requested by AirLine
Companies, otherwise the Airfreight below 45kgs is very high).
6. What is your mode of payment?
Air Cargo
the payment should be T/T(Telegraphic Bank Transfer) of total
amount before shipment,
Sea Cargo other terms is available.
7. We send you the payment, what
we should do if you don't send us our order?
This is impossible to happen!
If you send us
the payment, please inform us or send us the copy of Bank
Transfer so that we can make the production and arrange the
shipment.
8. If we make the payment, how
long you will make the shipment?
It depends on the quantity of
order.
Usually within
one week on receipt of payment.
Special
specification products by negotiation.
JDK will inform
the approximate shipping date before you place order.
9. What is the delivery way you
send our goods?
Urgent order
with Less weight or samples JDK recommend courier service.
Normal
(regular) order which weight over 45kgs JDK recommend Air Cargo.
Big 直径
saw blades or heavy weight JDK recommend Sea Cargo.
JDK will give the advice
according to the actual order requirements.
10. How can I know how much I
should pay the delivery charge?
Calculate the
total weight of your order.
Choose a
shipping method.
Check the
current freight Rate and calculate shipping charges.
Check the other
charges and add together.
11. What we should do if your
products can not run well?
Give us
detailed report.
Analyze the
reason.
Try to find a
way to solve the problem.
If it's JDK's
problem and not possible to solve then JDK give replacement.
